Service Description

Flowing through sun salutations at a mindful pace, we will connect to our breath as we find stability and stretch the body. In this class, the use of props such as blocks, straps, and the wall is encouraged, as our focus will be to explore sensation over shape. For more experienced practitioners, options are also offered for advance pose variations. Come unwind and discover space in your mind and body in this reflective practice. Accessible to students of all ages, shapes, and levels.
