300 Hour Yoga Teacher Training

The program is open to all 200hr Trained Teachers from any background of study who wants to level up and master their skills as a yoga teacher.

Be Well Integrative Health Services’ advanced 300hr Yoga Training program brings you to a higher level of teaching and a deeper level of practice. The content of this training is developed and designed by a team of experts who share a common philosophy grounded in years of teaching experience, the latest movement research and dialogs, and a love for one of our world’s most ancient practices.

You will learn principles of observing people and bodies and refine your skills of responding and adapting to what you see and hear from your students.

 

This training is the first weekend of every month (with some exceptions, see calendar below), Saturday and Sunday, 12-6pm both days, from October 2023 – March of 2025. Upon completion you will be able to register as a 500-hr RYT with the Yoga Alliance.

• Anatomy and the Central Nervous System

• Polyvagal Theory and the Gunas

• Contraindications and Modifications

• Building Resilience Through Yogic Practices

• The Subtle Body

• Trauma-Informed Teaching, Safe touch, Assists and Adjustments

• Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Yin Yoga

• Introduction to Mobility Training and Self-Myofascial Release (SMR)

• Ayurveda (Doshas); Prana and the Vayus

• The Business of Yoga

• Creating and Developing Workshops

Tuition:

$4500*

*For Be Well Alum (those that have successfully graduated from any one of Be Well’s Yoga Teacher Trainings in the past): $4000. If you pay in full before the start of the training an additional $250 will be deducted from the tuition.
