Nourish: Fertility Yoga & Meditation Series
Tuesdays 6:15pm-7:15pm, Morristown

This class is designed to help you conceive whether you are trying to conceive naturally or using assisted reproductive technology. You will learn yoga practices that support your fertility journey with your physical, emotional and mental health. Classes include yoga poses, breathing practices and relaxation techniques to balance the body’s hormonal system, increase energy flow, reduce stress, and nourish the reproductive organs. Yoga philosophy concepts and themes are incorporated to offer a way to work with the emotional and mental stress of fertility challenges.

Tuesday nights 6:15pm - 7:15pm
No class: July 4th or July 11th
Each class will be recorded and available for 7 days so you can continue to practice more than once throughout each week or if you cannot make it to the live class.
Drop-In Classes: $25 each
